| To take any of the MyPlan Career Assessments you must first contact the Counseling department to make an appointment with a counselor for a preliminary consultation and to obtain the required referral to the Career Center. The Counseling department is located in the Student Center, NSTU 2800 or call 817-515-6661. |

| To schedule an appointment to take the assessments, bring the referral and proof of current or prior enrollment to the Career Center located in the Student Center, NSTU 1625A. |

| Students and Alumni are strongly encouraged to schedule a follow-up appointment with a counselor in the Counseling department to discuss the results and learn about additional steps to take to make effective career decisions. |
